Dylan and Robert did a terrific job polishing and sealing my '37 Packard. They took all the time they needed to do a super high quality job and did not try to rush it. They were exceptionally detailed, punctual, knowledgeable, careful and.... I could go on and on. The car came out stunningly. I highly recommend Pinnacle Appearance!

Dylan did an amazing job on my 2021 Audi S7. I didn’t know what to expect, but the result was that my car looked like something better than new. I discovered body lines I had not seen before, and the shine that’s produced from the ceramic coating is ridiculously nice. I can’t recommend getting your car detailed here enough. Dylan has an attention to detail that’s bar-none. Without a doubt the best auto detailing you can get, and I’ll continue going here. Also, Dylan is super friendly!

My car had some significant scratches from blackberry bushes and from a dog that jumped on my door. Pinnacle Appearance exceeded my expectations with the removal of those scratches and the car looks brand new! Pinnacle has now detailed 3 of my 4 vehicles with outstanding results. Hopefully getting my last one in soon. Dylan takes his craft to another level in my opinion, his attention to detail is unmatched in my experience. My 2003 ZHP had a level 1 detail prepping for sale. He also restored nearly all of the interior plastics to as close to near new perfection anyone could expect for a 20 year old vehicle. Anyone with a BMW probably knows what I’m taking about! I should mention he’s also a photographer that took some great shots for me to use. Next had my new 2022 Suburban done and opted to get it ceramic coated. Not only did it look better than the day I picked it up from the dealer the ceramic coating has made maintaining the behemoth so much easier! Literally every exterior surface is coated. Most recently Dylan took my daily 2018 4Runner that sees it’s far share of mud, dogs, sand, and general abuse back to nearly the day I picked it up from the dealer as well. He polished the yellowing out of the Toyota Super White paint and ceramic coated it as well. The interior looked like the day I got it! If your looking for top quality detailing or restoration at a fair price look no further. You’ll not be disappointed with the results!

I had been looking for someone to detail my car for quite some time. After interviewing Dylan I was confident I could trust him with my car and that he had the knowledge, skill and experience for the level of service I was looking for. His communication is excellent and he is clear about what can and should done. He stays the course until the job is 100 percent completed. In fact, in my case he over delivered. Along with all his other recommended services, he performed paint correction which restores paints brilliance and protected everything with a ceramic coating for longevity and durability. Dylan's focus is on quality rather than production which results in a beautiful finished product. For what I received for my money, his service is a bargain at twice the price.

Having our Volvo XC40 detailed with Dylan was a wonderful experience. From the beginning he was responsive and happily answered all my questions. When the day of the appointment arrived he was ready to go and beyond professional. He checked in with us during the process and had the car done exactly when we needed it back. The end result is utterly amazing. The car truly looks better than the day we drove it off the lot. His auto detailing skills and the passion he has for this is evident. He went above and beyond for us polishing the exhaust tips and cleaning the engine bay along with the full exterior and interior detail. He ceramic coated the exterior to protect the paint which we definitely appreciate in the middle of winter. Without question we will use Dylan again for additional vehicles and for the maintenance package he offers to keep the car looking like this as long as possible.

First of all I want to say that Dylan is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I recently purchased a new vehicle for my wife and was looking for someone to do a ceramic coating I called Dylan to ask a few questions and he wasn’t concerned if he was going to get my business he just genuinely wanted to help and answer questions. He has recommended a few products to me for personal use and his knowledge is amazing. My vehicle looks better than it did new after the ceramic coating. Having run a full service car wash and express detailing shop many years ago you can take that as a basis for this review. I have a relatively new, only one year old truck. The dealership was offering a ceramic coating service that I normally would have passed on, but thought I would give it a try. Well after about a year I could see no evidence of this coating still protecting my paint. Unfortunately I moved across the country so no dice getting my money back. I came across Pinnacle as they are just down the road from me and the wife’s yellow 6 year old Crosstrek needed a full detail as we were considering putting it for sale. The results were so good I immediately traded keys with them for them to do a proper paint correction with their top of the line ceramic/ graphene coating, ceramic windshield coating and full detail. I am speechless. The results are amazing even to an experienced pro. Do not hesitate to trust your vehicle to Pinnacle they won’t disappoint.

My husband and I took our 2021 Toyota Tacoma to Dylan for a ceramic coating process. He cleaned the exterior and interior, the wheels, all the chrome, tires, the inside of the glove box etc. He then applied the ceramic coating. The vehicle looks better than when we bought it new. Cannot say enough good things about Dylan and his attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and very personable. This was my second experience with an interior car detailing service and I can tell you, this is the only place I will ever take any of our vehicles again. My sons car was pretty gross. The front seats were stained and I was feeling pretty hopeless that they were ever going to look remotely clean again. I contacted Pinnacle and Dylan responded within minutes. I explained the situation and he said he was up to the challenge. My expectations were low as I had taken it into a detail service about two years ago and did not get very good results so that is what I expected this time around. When I dropped the car off, Dylan let me know he would do his best. He stayed in communication with me and I was excited to see the results. The car honestly looks and smells like it was brand new! I was absolutely impressed. I do not often write reviews but if you are looking to get your car detailed, this is the ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. Dylans work is impeccable, he is very kind and professional. Very honest and a great value. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! Thanks Dylan! I cant wait to see what you can do with the hard water stains on my car!

Dylan and Pinnacle Appearance made our Subaru look better than when we bought it. Seriously. I've never had any of my cars detailed before, but his service was oustanding. I can't imagine how anyone could have done a better job. We got both the interior and the exterior done and couldn't be happier. If you're in the Vancouver area and your car is in need of some TLC, you won't be dissapointed with them.

Anybody who needs their car detailed, hit up our guy Dylan! Definitely 5 star service. Wow! Thank you so much @pinnacleappearance (Instagram) for detailing our 2015 Nissan Rouge! It's spotless and looks years younger. Your attention to detail is well above par! Our favorites are how clean the cup holders and dashboard got! A great perk is that Dylan and co. Can either schedule an appointment and detail your car at your own house or, recommended, lending Pinnacle Appearance your car for a few days (depending on what you ask them to perform). Super flexible. Its truly difficult to capture a clean car via a phone camera, however, you can physically see how dirty the Tundra is, via reflection of the Rouge! Now that's what I call putting in some elbow grease! Though they offer a routine cleaning service, Dylan also recommended plenty of at-home ways to keep up with this brilliant work they did. We appreciate you and your business, and will definitely be return customers!

This was a great experience! I handed him my truck I used for work and traveling. I had a personal expectation that there might be stains in the seats that couldn’t come out or a wonderful scent that might likely linger. I thrashed my truck pretty good. I handed him my keys and walked away with an uneducated guess of what might happen. Then it took about two days. I got updates and was able to see the progress. It… was… unbelievable… halfway through the process I was completely happy with what had happened. Dylan is very thorough with every detail of my vehicle. On the second day he handed me the keys and I felt like I had a new rig. It was such a breath of fresh air seeing my truck that I bought brand new look brand new again! On top of the amazing experience, he followed up with information of affordable maintenance to keep it up myself. I could not believe the customer service and the personalization of the experience. I highly recommend Pinnacle Appearance.

My truck was filthy making runs on the logging roads in the Clatskanie area. I was worried about swirl marks from all the dust and scratches from branches. Dylan expertly washed my truck meticulously. The paint looks like it glows now. No swirls marks and he even buffed out all scratches for me. Some were pretty deep, but they’re gone now!

Had Dylan check my scratches on side of my car door caused by another car side mirror bumping me. He recommended me to see a body shop for the deeper scratches possibly into the paint. He buffed out some other areas to help reduce the look of the damage. He didn't charge for the minor buffing. Very professional and honest person. Thank you.
